The domain name ‘www.darashan.com’ (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) is owned and operated by Sarvakaryeshu Services Private Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at at Flat No. 602, Ace Atlantis, Near Delhi Public School, Khajaguda, Hyderabad – 500008.

1. Member Eligibility & Registration

3. Payment Methods
The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen Payment Method. The processing fees or transaction costs, if any, should be borne by the card holder and may be charged extra with the services, pujas and offerings rate.
The Company clearly disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of User’s credit/debit card. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage occurred to user arising directly or indirectly due to the decline of authorization for any transaction malfunction, errors and/or unscrupulous activities.
The information provided by you/user will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. Please do not share your card details, login details etc. with our employees or officers or any third-parties to prevent/avoid any fraudulent use of your credit/ debit and internet banking accounts.
Any card information provided on the Website/App is completely secured. We take reasonable measures to ensure that every profiles’ identity and payment details are highly protected. User understand and acknowledges that Company, undertakes utmost care to provide secure payment system, however, it is susceptible to hacking, virus attacks, malfunction.

11. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by Sarvakaryeshu Services Private Ltd. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of courts situated at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Darashan.com may modify or discontinue (in whole or in part/s) any of its Services or your membership account, with or without notice, for any reason without any liability to you, any other user, or any third party. We also reserve the right to terminate your account immediately (a) if we are unable to verify or authenticate your Registration Data or other information provided by you, (b) if We believe you have – provided us with false or misleading Registration Data or other information, have interfered with other users or the administration of the Services, or have violated these Terms of Service or can cause legal liability for us.
13. Force Majeure
Under no circumstances the Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors be held liable for any damage or loss, penalty due to delay or deficiency in performance of the Website/App and Services resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control.
